COLLECTION OF BRUNO TABARE, TROYES

Bruno Tabare is director of a company handling, Trans-Manu Machines since 1982 at Bréviandes, Aube, France. It can carry everything, from the heaviest cargo the more fragile deliveries. The company, founded in 1933 by his grandfather, allowed him to know this business very young.

Enthusiast of mechanical since always, he created in 1986 MAT, Militaire Association Troyenne, an association of collectors for the restoration and preservation of military history. It owns thus, at Troyes, (about 170 km from Paris) the largest private collection of military vehicles in Europe, about 65 vehicles, including 44 armored vehicles, most of French origin. It even has one of the first Leclerc tanks, but on another site. Almost all vehicles, roadworthy, are the eagerly awaited stars in parades during commemorations. The machines are also loaned for movies.
