ARKTOS Beta Surveying the Canadian Beaufort Sea with side scans sonar. It has the highest mobility level of any amphibious vehicle. The Watercraft Offshore Canada Limited (WOCL) was created in mid-1982 and became after the tests Arktos Developments Ltd. in 1986.The transport and petroleum companies helped to design the vehicle.
