Briansk Wheeled Tractor Plant (BZKT) was created in 1958 and became from 1998 to 2006 Briansk Automobile Plant (BAZ/BZKT) being subsidiary of ZIL with the well-known designer Alexander Gratchev. They convert a part of products for civilian market in 1993. Russian Army always orders new trucks to Briansk Plant today.
